Medical Leadership Team for RHA B |
We are pleased to announce the Medical Leadership Team for RHA B. We believe the years of clinical and administrative experience of our team, combined with their leadership skills will provide the guidance required to move our organization forward.
The Medical Directors will report directly to Dr. Hendriks, VP Medical Affairs and will be responsible for the general and day-to-day medical administration of their zone, identifying recruitment needs, participating in recruitment activities, and overseeing the provision of medical services in their zone.
The local Chiefs of Staff will report directly to Dr. Barry, Chief of Staff and will be responsible for overseeing the quality of care provided by individual physicians and medical services, addressing any competence or behavior issues, ensuring quality improvement and quality control activities are completed by medical services and appropriate medical committees, and to chair the local medical advisory committee.
The Medical Directors and Chiefs of Staff will work in a close relationship with their respective executive directors and staff of their zone as well as with their colleagues from other zones.
Please find attached an organizational chart outlining the reporting structure.
We encourage you to contact your local Medical Director or Chief of Staff to discuss issues under their scope of responsibilities.
